08.10.2022I don't quite understand why professional fighters don't try to implement game fighting into their style. I mean, yeah stuff like the Hadoken and the Tatsumaki Senpuyaku are physically impossible but doing stuff like constantly quick stepping, swaying and bouncing, that sounds like it'd be a good way to stay faster and on track with your opponent.

07.10.2022This is pretty good but there are some video games that use real martial arts The mortal Kombat franchise eventually incorporated this however they kept the fantasy aspects in the fighting for instance martial arts can be created by an individual so even if it didn't exist before dragon style from Sub-Zero (not sure if it existed before they put it in the game or not) could be done however the freezing powers are not something you could do they did however incorporate things like karate, taekwondo, sumo, and snake which I know for sure are martial arts pre-existing the game it was put in
also no one can fight worth a s*** when they're drunk if any movie or game says otherwise it's just fantasy if someone does have a form for drunken fist in martial arts it would be to fool their opponent due to its unpredictable nature and the fact that they may believe their opponent is actually drunk and underestimate them
